* Act as the central communication point for Design, Maintain and Communicate the service
support plans in Windows Administration domain
* Communicate the business impact of major incidents and prioritize based on business
impact to the client.
* Assess the impact of changes to systems, applications and infrastructure to determine
requirements.

* Works to identify RTO (recovery time objectives) and RPO (recovery point objectives) for
systems and criticality tiers for business functions. Ensures business RTO and RPO
requirements are communicated and integrated with Business Continuity plans.
* Design and utilize assessment tools to determine the appropriate level of recovery
services.
* Maintain inventories of systems, services, etc. supporting critical business processes.
* Attending day to day problem (Network, Hardware, Cabling, Network Operating System, and
Server)
* Network Planning, Design and Implementation selecting Network topology, Various Active
and Passive Components
* Installation and Troubleshooting of all types of Servers and Hardware RAID Configuration,
Ranging from entry level server to higher level server.
* Installation and Troubleshooting of Desktop Compaq PCs.
