The Accounting Assistant performs accounting activities such as updating and maintaining accounting records and preparing various accounting statements, billing documents, and financial reports; enters, retrieves, and maintains information on computerized accounting system; processes customer orders, prepares invoices, and coordinates mailings; calculates, posts, reconciles, and verifies duties to obtain primary financial data; maintains restricted
