• Assigned project manager for the design of MM blueprint for the local ministry of Finance in NRW (Germany) , leading a team of T-System consultants and internal staff provided by the ministry. Define the SAP procurement process for LANUV , Police Force and IT NRW, design and customize a test client including the features of vendor evaluation, internal orders and stock movements, tendering and vendor quotation management
• Remap business processes of KHD prior to SAP ECC 6.0 single client rollout and define standardized global process templates for New GL and Management Accounting. Develop project management and customer relationship management templates in SAP CRM and CO and PS and implement cost centre accounting in the Indian subsidiary according to global templates including definition of rollup-matrix for consolidation purposes.
• Assessed the SAP R3 setup of Nike Russia in Moscow to identify the what cause the difficulties for the local Russian accountants to process their fiscal and statutory reports
• Developed and Integrated a global chart of account as well as a management accounting structure for the Celtus Group across all legal entities in 3 European jurisdictions . Drives a major service portfolio expansion for Celtus through the implementation of MLR-compliancy procedures, enabling the company registered to operate as a tax agent and trust office.

• Protected Walt Disney’s European Supply Chain organisation from a potential VAT write-off of €22m and an inevitable fall in share price following a re-stating of ‘signed off’ accounts. Worked closely with Ernst & Young to completely re-build the VAT infra-structure in SAP R3/ 4.5 and 4.6 and established appropriate Intercompany reconciliation procedures for all 13 EU operations. Remapped Incoterms in SD/MM for appropriate recording of intra-communitarian supplies and deliveries. Lead the interfacing of EDI documents into MM and ensure compliance of procurement process with SARBOX requirements . Over 90% of the VAT due was recovered and penalties were avoided. Forced the usage of a standardized Chart Of Accounts across all jurisdictions of the European Supply Chain Organization

• Directed as project manager the transition of Idexx Europe’s local finance departments into a Shared Services Centre standardising accounting systems across the organisation and delivering a reduction in labour and consulting costs of over €520k.Leading the reorganization of SAP User privileges to comply with segregation of duty requirements with Sarbanes & Oxley environment . Train MM Procurement users to adopt global SAP R3 template for day to day accounting processes including global chart of account, standardized cost-centre and business format and standardized clearing processes for intercompany activities
