I have over 14 years of Experience in IT industry in different roles like Leading Project team and Project execution using Onsite-Offshore model, which includes 9 years in SAP R/3 Basis administration expertise with good exposure to SAP Business Systems Configuration, Support and Administration. Being a highly motivated & self-learning team player, always looking forward to gain in-depth knowledge on Cutting-edge Technologies in SAP world, thereby applying innovative skills effectively to provide real time business solutions dynamically. Participate in large complex projects, including new Deployments, Upgrades(EHP5/EHP6) and Ongoing support and maintenance activities. Anticipate the critical issues and worked along with the Business, Functional and Technical team for building the effective road map and achieving the key milestones. Support experience on SAP products like ECC, BW, CRM ,Solution Manager, BI, PI, Enterprise Portal, SCM, SRM on Unix. Experience in SAP System Upgrade , Involved in SAP Security Administration & Authorizations, experience in all aspects of BASIS Administration. 24/7 support model experience and leading the onsite and offshore teams.
