- Experience in SAP CIC-Web client configuration in CIC-Web client Profile, Agent Inbox, Interaction record, Business Transaction Profile, Sales Order, Alert Modeler, Transaction Launcher, Broadcast messaging & Interactive scripting.
- Experience in SAP CRM Service in Installed Base, Service Contract, Service Request, Service Ticket, Service Order Management and Complaint & Returns.
- Good ABAP & BSP exposure by virtue of which able to effectively communicate with developer through functional and technical specifications to define ABAP objects such as function modules, user exits and BADI builds implementations
- Comprehensive knowledge in Configuration and Customizing of Sales & Distribution (SD) in Order fulfilment, Delivery, Billing and Pricing.
- Knowledge & Integration experience with Sales and Distribution (SD)/Material Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM) and FICO.
- Enabled and enhanced complex CRM PCUI and BSP links on SAP enterprise portal, thus enabling CRM transactions.
- Good Experience in creating End-user training material.
- Excellent knowledge of security and authorizations (GRC)
- Experience in upgrade of systems involving Testing, Analysing results and Modifying.
- Knowledge of new technologies like Fiori, HANA, Cloud and Hybris
- A result oriented self-motivated team player with excellent communication and time-management skills
