Experience and Knowledge:
1) Audit/validate network cost (Dark Fibers) of vendor invoices.
2) Research cost discrepancies internally and with vendors.
3) Create new vendor records and update existing records in ITSM on an ongoing basis based on POs and feedback from network stakeholders.Work with finance, engineering, provisioning and procurement department, to retrieve additional information required to populate database.
4) Track and manage contract commitments and disputes.
5) Identify relevant contracts such as MSA, SOW, CSA & Amendment and validate various aspects of these contracts.
6) Validate Telecom Billing using contracts as well as tariff.
7) Search updated tariffs, regulatory filings on vendor’s (e.g. AT&T, Verizon, BT, CenturyLink, etc) portal.
8) Analyze usage (voice, wire-line, data, conference) and non-usage (carriers, labor, assets) charges.
9) Extract and upload the required data to and from, client/vendor portal.
10) Interact with client to get project requirements.
