The Business units spread across three main categories AE, BE and PS across different time zones. Tech Services Team leads overall functioning and maintenance of their IT infrastructure across the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Participating in the blue print phase meetings to confirm the necessity of PI/EI as Integration middleware.
- Interacting and gathering the requirements with project stake holders to develop the business interface.
- Providing the estimates, designing the Technical specifications, preparing the PI Technical Design Documents.
- Updating the overall status of Integration Team with respect to PI and EI landscapes.
- Providing L3 technical support for critical issues in the production environments.
- Handling the change request and enhancements for the existing interfaces and fixing the production defects.
