• Professional with more than 20 years of experience in Infrastructure, Telecommunications and Information Technology environments, in Multinational companies, 6 years in people management and technical environments, contract negotiation, service level agreement management (SLA), multicultural project and team leadership, change and deployment analysis and approvals;
• Mastery of IT Infrastructure and Telecommunications Services, Telephony and Data Networks, Internet, Video Conferencing, Digital Transformation and Cloud technologies.
• Experience in supporting SAP implementation with server and database infrastructures
• Experience in identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement and cost reduction, analysis / creation / implementation and management of processes, procedures, controls, indicators, metrics and structured models for relationships with internal areas that use services;
• Relationship with the main suppliers of solutions and new technologies in the IT and Telecom Infrastructure market;
