CMGR - Solutions S/c Ltda - Responsible for the administration of two technical teams of the company:
* Coordination of the information security team, having as main responsibilities: Management of contracts,
staff and projects. Elaboration, dissemination and revision of policies and procedures oriented to the practices of
NBR ISO / IEC 27001 (Code of practices of the information security system) and good practices of NBR ISO / IEC
27002 (Code of practice for the management of information security) ; Agent Compliance in the prevention and
mitigation of IT related risks through the preparation and follow-up of integrated action plans to the risk maps of the
areas of operation. Audit and engineering to ensure that all corporate initiatives / projects adhere to legal and audit
requirements; Handling of Information Security incidents with recommendations for prevention, correction and / or
mitigation; Propose, monitor, and implement Information Security solutions and controls in relation to incidents,
changes, projects and recurring activities; Deployment of Baselines de Seguridad.
* Supervision of the technical support and customer service team, having as main responsibilities: Supervise
the work of the technical team, take care of the evaluation and identification of technological solutions; Control the
work schedule of the technicians; Manage the migration of operating systems and software; Monitoring and control
of SLA; Management of IT activities with a focus on goals.
