Central Master Data Consolidation solution for business partners using
Trillium Software for Data Quality and SAP MDM7.1 for management of
the data.

* Responsible for gathering and documenting cross-sector business
requirements for the Consolidation solution and assisting with
specification of toolset functionality.

* Responsible for analyzing data and assisting the data managers in
validating results from data profiling until consolidation.

* Responsible for creating and documenting Global Data Standards
and Global Business Rules in-line with Data Governance guidelines
and functional requirements.

* Co-wrote the Architecture Blueprint describing the applications,
integration and technical landscape for the project.

Project: CORE Funlocs Central Repository Reference Engine, Philips
Healthcare Master Data Management ECC5.0 solution for storing and
managing inter-company customer master records.

* Responsible for the successful implementation including system
design, rollout and support of Asia Pacific countries for the solution.

Customer360° application aimed at field service engineers and sales
force to provide easy access to latest customer information, sales and
service order statuses.

* Played the role of SCRUM Master leading a team of 6 people for this
Proof of Concept using Agile Methodology for rapid application




development. Delivered a workable release of the application in 3
weeks.

* Assisted in developing a simple user interface for this application
using Flex Builder development tool and created a cross-reference
Access database for customers from backend data sources for the
application.

Customer Hierarchy proof of concept for a "Who Belongs to Whom"
corporate hierarchy.
* Responsible for customizing a hierarchy structure in ECC5.0 and
developing Portal iViews using the Visual Composer tool to provide
search functionality for hierarchy and customer details.

eSCM (Electronic Supply Chain Management)

* Responsible for translating change requests received from the
business into functional designs and implementing the solution in
Philips Healthcare's oneSAP (ECC 5.0) Global Template system.

* Established a Data Governance framework and roadmap for the
Customer master domain. Initiating processes to monitor data
quality and integrity across applications. Developing data
standards and business rules with internal stakeholders for
customers and retail site data.

* Optimizing onboarding processes and designing solutions to
achieve operational effectiveness and support the organization
goals to become data-driven. Mentoring customer service and
master data setup teams on best practices for data management.

* Proposing master data strategies using cloud-based services
including assessment of MDM tools and other enterprise
applications to cover short-term, mid and long-term goals.

* Setting up data flows in SAP Business Data Services and SAP
Information Steward to profile and cleanse customer master data
in SAP FMS against business rules.




* Implementing the use of Innowera Process Runner scripts for
managing mass updates of master data changes into the FMS
system

Sequoia (23 countries), Cypress (11 countries), Kauri (5 countries)

* Part of the Central Customer Master Data department working to
establish a data governance framework. Tasks include
documenting business rules, data standards, profiling data,
identifying data quality issues as well as guiding the business on
data cleansing and data process improvements.

* Central Business Data Owner managing the Order-to-Cash (OtC)
project team of 3 consultants. Responsible for migration of
customer master and related data objects from local legacy
systems into a central SAP system (ECC6.0) for countries across
Europe and Asia.

* Created a Winshuttle solution for customer master requested
changes using an Excel-based form that loaded changes into
SAP ECC6.0 quickly without errors.

* Wrote the functional design for Inbound & Outbound Customer
Interfaces between Amber Road Restricted Party Screening
(RPS) application and SAP (ECC6.0). Ensured successful go-live
of the integration. Managed the mass scanning of customers in
RPS before migration into SAP and defined the scanning
process for customers as part of the project.

* Other responsibilities included defect analysis and resolution in
SAP (ECC6.0), cutover coordination, defining and setting up KPI
reports with EveryAngle and user training.
