Product Name: Liquidity Management System
Managed project delivery for multiple clients .
* Managed overall product service delivery includes CR developments, enhancements to improve product
performance.
* Risk Management (Identify, Analyze, Prioritize, Respond and Monitor) .
* Ensuring project outcomes are delivered within time and budget with defined quality parameters.
* Accountable for the quality of Service and performance; ensuring future demand from growth and projects.
* Develop and deliver status reports to senior management and stakeholders
* Partnered with QA team, Architects and business analyst to plan estimate and schedule the CR implementations.
* Resolving functional, technical and people impediments to ensure project deliverable were not negatively
impacted

Product Details:
The LMS product provides a solution to deliver cross-system, cross-border and cross-currency (Domestic/Crossborder/Single-Currency/Cross-Currency)
liquidity solutions for Pooling & Cash concentration in an effective way with
faster time to market.
The following are major modules in product:
* Notional Pooling.
* Cash Concentration.
* Standalone Interest Calculations.
* Inter-company Loans.
Due to wide variety of Bank's back office systems (BOS), it's very difficult to achieve the above mentioned objective
using the existing BOS. This centralized system is connected to other Bank systems. The LMS receives customer
details, balance, Interest rate and FX rate information from various BOS systems and using the pre- defined rules do
interest and sweep calculations. After calculations are done, LMS application sends interest accrual;interest
settlement and cash sweep instructions to BOS, which later process them in respective accounts.

- Working with multiple teams working from different geographies.
- Managed delivery of project following Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Drove Scrum teams progress to overcome obstacles and realize success throughout life of each sprint
- Worked with scrum masters to ensure all scrum ceremonies sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint
reviews and retrospective meetings are progressing well.
