My greatest professional achievement is my prowess in Relationship Management. This Skill form the basis for my Career Advancement. Notwithstanding my first degree training as an Engineer, I have been able to grow in the Business, Social and Development world, solving several business and technical Challenges, through good Skill of Relationship Management. I find it easy to identify, advise and influence my Clients on solving any business or social problems through this trait. With this, I easily fit in solving or profering solutions in any environment I find myself hence my versatility.
With a good relationship Skill, I have indebt knowledge of business developmental needs by understanding my Clients' needs as well my Organization goals. It is easy to match Products and Services with Customers' needs ; Societal needs in terms of infrastructural development, among others. In doing this, I am succeeding in growing businesses as well as solving human and Societal needs.
In the area of societal needs, my drive for problem solving has driven me to the formation of a social group 'Assembly of Youths for Leadership'. A group that encourages Youths involvements in Leadership affairs of their immediate environment, for the sake of development.
Based on these gains of a good interpersonal relationship, l have developed flair for writing. I have a work, though not yet published, on Relationship. This work is bourne out of my experience in Relationship Management and Human Development. I have been seeking also to further my Skills in this regard so as to be able to advance in a Career where I can contribute my quota in the development of my immediate environment and my Country, at large.
In the next 5 to 10 years, I hope to have established in my advisory role based on my wealth of exposure accross different walks of life. I am hoping to be of help to many firms within my Country and beyond, where I can apply, without any Clogs, my experience and Knowledge in solving major developmental Issue(s).
Moreover, an opportunity to educate or contribute through writings will be a backup or proof of my exposure and knowledge of the needs in a developing environment as mine in Nigeria. Without the right Certifications, nobody sees your worth and hence denying an opportunity to serve. It will be an offer to keep a dream of societal Service and Relevance alive. I do not want to pass through life without making a positive Contribution towards bettering my immediate environment.
