1. Measurement of Antenna parameters
Tools used: LabVIEW.
* System design and development for testing of various kinds antennas.
* Development of application for testing antenna parameters like gain, 2D and 3D radiation
pattern, polarization and beam width.
* Programming with various instruments like VNA and signal generators.
2. Radar Cross Section (RCS)
Tools used: LabVIEW, MS Access, SystemVue.
* Responsible for developing a measurement system user interface, which will measure the
RCS of a chaff cloud..
* Programming with various instruments like PNA, Signal Generator, Positioner and High
speed camera.
* Communication protocols like RS232, LAN, USB and modbus etc.
* Developed custom drivers for some cards in LabVIEW.
* Radar Cross section estimation of Chaff Cloud using numerical methods.
* Development of simulations using SystemVue.
* Development of various computational scripts on LabVIEW.
3. RF Switch Matrix (ADE)
Tools used: LabVIEW.
* Responsible for development of generic software that allows user to configure the RF path
interactively. Each RF path is a combination of RF Relays, Attenuators, etc.
* Framework is independent of RF path type, which makes it easy to reuse
in other similar projects without any software change
* General purpose TTL card used through Ethernet and it configures each port as input/output
based on the external saved configuration
4. (C & X Band) TRM ATE
Tools used: LabWindows/CVI, SQLite.
* Responsible to develop the ATE software for testing of Different Active and Passive RF
equipment under different operating frequency bands (L, C, and X bands).
* Programming with various Keysight RF equipment's like PNA, PXA, DSO, SA, Power
Supply etc.
* Communication protocols like RS232, LAN, USB etc.
