- Responsible to lead and manage software development including web applications, enterprise
application, mobile application.
- Performing business analysis, system analysis and architecture review along with technical team.
- Managing recruitment process along with shortlisting candidates, interviewing them and training them

- Ability to produce framework of the project [in the form of wire frames] and
description of the functionalities of the project.
- Estimate the efforts for software development and planning for development for MVP as well as
product / project itself.
- Communicate with client as well as with development team for smooth
development and implementation of the client requirement into application.
- Able to define scope of project and explain the requirements to technical team for
further development
- Able to develop mockups of software for ease of understanding the scope of
system for technical and non technical audience.
- Experience of developing user manuals, online help system, tutorials, training
system, etc.
- Impact analysis of enhancement / changes in current feature of the application
- Guiding team of BA for documentation of new development.
