I'm focused on helping clients with their mobile strategy, from idea to store and the posterior followup including usage statistics and error logging to help with the next iteration and features. Worked on a mobile project called TAPP that enables inspectors to register all the information they need when they are sent to inspect a given location on a set of specific categories such as fire extinguishers, lights, kitchen hoods among others. This information is saved to a private cloud for storage and report management.
I encountered the project behind the deadline for several months and joining a team relatively new to the project. I was originally hired to provide my xamarin expertise to get done tasks quickly but as time progressed, I proactively provided advice on best practices, how to tackle problems, new processes to ensure the quality of the product and help the team evolve their .NET & xamarin knowledge, leaving standard guidelines for this and any upcoming projects they work on the future.

Worked on the new portal companies use to register their medicines, drugs, and food products in order for the government to approve their distribution to the public.
At the moment of Joining the project, it was almost a year behind the deadline, and an external dev team was hired to fasten the development. My main focus here was defining guidelines and best approaches that enhanced development time as much as possible, developing new features and ensuring interoperation and stability with existing legacy code, all while supervising a team of 5 developers working in an agile setting.

Typs is a Spanish application that allows employees to withdraw their worked salary without having to wait until the end of the month. The application provides push notifications, withdraw history, and other features that enable users to keep track of how the app is being used.
For this project, I was hired to take the idea, transform it into a working application and release it to the stores, all while working closely with the CTO, and the UX designer to have the product they have envisioned.

Felix Smart is a project composed of two things: a device to manage your personal aquarium remotely and a mobile app to configure the device. Using the mobile application, you can configure the device to turn on/off lights, display a 360 live video and many other sensors.
