Major responsibilities:
* Build test plans, training materials, and system documentations and deliver training to end users.
* Solve production defects through configuration adjustments, process redesign and modelling.
* Deliver advisory services and leading practice in support of technology enabled business changes, integrator
selection application studies, solution architecture, solution diagnostics and health check.
* Keep up on the product roadmap ensuring that the business can take advantage of improvements as they are
released.
* Deliver advisory services to HR and IT Function of the organization, analyse key business pain areas to identify
value areas, propose, structure and implement complex technology solutions for the client's SAP Solution.
* Create Test Scripts and User Manuals.
* Post Go-Live Support, hand holding and issues resolution.
* Propose new solutions, identify risks and continuous improvement to extract maximum value for the client.
