As a AWS Solution architect, my role is to ensure customer success in building applications and services on the AWS platform, scoping each customer engagement, with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria and crafting highly scalable, flexible and resilient cloud architecture that addresses customer business problems.
• Help to ensure customer success in building applications and services on the AWS platform.
• Scoping each customer engagement, with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria.
• Owning each engagement, and helping ensure a timely and successful delivery of value.
• Crafting highly scalable, flexible and resilient cloud architecture that addresses customer business problems.
• Developing technical content, such as white papers and reference architectures, that can be used by our customers to assist them in deploying cloud-based solutions.
• Helping organizations understand best practices around cloud-based solution, and how to migrate existing workloads to the cloud.
• Helping shape and execute a strategy to build mindshare and broad use of AWS within organizations ranging from new start-ups to large enterprise customers and also acting as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support.
• Capturing and sharing best-practice knowledge amongst the solution architect community; and collaborating with experienced solutions architects to craft and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community to drive data-related revenue.
