Production planning, stocks optimizations , purchasing, Microsoft office

Main responsabilities:
1. I negotiate the prices, commercial conditions, promo periods and quantities to be delivered with our suppliers
2. I create and change the prices of the goods in ERP system
3. I create the orders for the goods that will arrive in our warehouse in ERP system
4. I am looking for different suppliers and source new products for the company, looking for the best prices and the best quality
5. I check all the invoices for the goods in order to have the correct price, discount if case, and the correct quantities
6. I make different reports: Service level, forecast accuracy, different sales reports, intrastat, any other report when it is needed
7. I send the forecast/budget for all suppliers and I establish with them the target price and quantities for a half of year and one year
where it is the case
8. Occasionally, I participate in special projects in changing the foils or different designs for our clients or for our products
9. Occasionally, I am in charge of claims (differences in receptions, quality issues, etc)

? I prepare the production plan based on customer orders with a lead time of 2 weeks;
? I made transport demands of ready orders (deliveries being made in China by ship and in Germany by truck);
? I check the stock availability of all items that have been planned in production according to the production plan;
? All operations and production planning were done in SAP.
