country roll out.

A 'full life cycle' project implementation using ASAP methodology, accelerated systems design and
development, business process changes, user training.
Understanding of "As Is "Business processes, Blue Print, Realization - Configuration.
Explaining to the client solutions which are not feasible and suggest work around.
In Realization phase creating CSDs templates and collection of data in excel.
Unit testing and Integration testing.
Helping users in User Acceptance Testing.
Resolution of Defects.
Continuing this Iterative process across number of clients till Go-Live.
