As part of a device management project, I am leading keyperson responsible for both the plan, analyze and design phase for SEB migration from XenMobile to Microsoft Intune. The design was built on requirements to have a modern solution, flexible, automation flow for
onboarding users/devices and scalable for future demands supporting more than 15 000 devices (iOS, OSX, Android, Windows).
I am also a leading keyperson in take over management and operation of
SEB Microsoft 365 tenant. A big part of workload has been knowledge training sessions for handover to operation, hypercare support, Post GoLive Support as well as to educate service desk.

Act as the primary onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility,
advanced technical support, and problem resolution for corporate

As a Premier Field Engineer for Microsoft, I am responsible for defining the IT-

Kommun for their migration to the cloud as well as developing their way of
