Responsibilities :
Zurich Financial Services required solution to integrate with internal source applications and
external source applications to identify fraudulent claims and policies. This project consists of
supporting the implementation of solution consisting Detica NetReveal suite of applications for
fraud detection.

* Weekly Meeting with Client Program Manager for project status updates
* Daily Status update calls with stakeholders such as CSC / Detica / Zurich
* Incident Management and Release Management
* Investigating of failures of data extracts, Detica NetReveal ETL process
* Java program written to analysis of listing of file extracts on landing folder in the Builder

Logic Portal. We also have been providing enhancements to already developed applications. Since the
support was Global we needed to interact a lot with the clients across the globe for understanding
their issues and solving them in time.

Responsibilities :
This project involved implementation of a security framework to provide security services to its BWA
portals and applications. The functionalities which were supposed to be implemented consist of Self
Services, Password Administration. OIM would manage the entire user lifecycle process using exposed
API's in Façade.



* Creating the facade layer which will be exposed to the client. This will be accessed through the
BUPA Portal pages
* Calling the OIM 11g APIs through the code and creating a WSDL file and providing the WSDL to the
Portal Team
* Create, modify, update user in OIM 11g R1 using APIs

Technical Environment : Oracle Identity Manager 9g

Responsibilities :
This project required a Customized Graphical User Interface to be built on top of Oracle Identity
Management tool using Struts 1.1. This included building all the functionalities such as Manage
Profile, Manage Password, Manage Access and Forgot Password.

* Developed complete flow of static pages of Manage Access using JSPs, Action Form and Action
class

* Developed the backend functionality of Manage Profile and implementing functionalities like
Search User, Update Profile, and Save User Profile

* Developed the backend functionality of Manage Password and implementing functionalities such
as Fetching user question and answers, updating new questions and answers, resetting password
for users


* Involved in thorough Testing before delivery of the solution
