revenues and other metrics for 2014, 2015 and 2016.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Configuration and functional knowledge of SAP-MM organizational structure, release
strategy, MRP procedure, vendor tolerance, account group, movement types, material
types, account determination, source list etc.
* To resolve High and medium complexity incidents and service requests within SLA.
* Configuration of the requirements given by client in SAP system.
* Contributed to prepare known errors document for future reference.
* Contributed to transport request management activities within team.
* Address the end users queries on daily basis.
* Worked on issues related with SAP and non-SAP interfaces by coordinating with
middleware team.
* Worked on issues related to Master data, Migration, interfaces and IDOCS.
* Good Experience of working on Service Manager and Solution Manager Ticketing tool.
