ICT Program Analyst, IT Officer

* Coordinating, Planning, directing and ensuring operation of ICT devices in alignment with the
business objectives of the school
* Coordination training on the use of computer system during video conference live classes
* Plan, direct, coordinate and design ICT-related activities as well as administrative direction
and support during the daily operation of the Centre.
* Keeping of latest technologies, take authoritative in dealing with vendors also making of
recommendations for documentation, costing etc.
* Providing of leadership, infrastructure and supporting technical support.
* Marketing, Advertising the Technology Centre to the prospective Partners, student and other
seminary school within and outside Jos
* Develop, implement, and support for cost effective technology solution and also implementing
of ICT policies and procedures.

* Maintain and troubleshoot all network and computer related issues;
Integrate security, physical control solutions for all confidential

* Web, data management of the school websites electronic sources on the internet
* Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the Phone, to
help set up systems or resolve issues troubleshoot system and
* Network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or
Software faults..
* Monitor performance and manage parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users

* Set up connection with the partner Seminary school Abroad (Bethany Theological Seminary
Indiana U.S.A) through zoom connection for the purpose of the lectures, presentation and
classes.
* Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or

* Logistic and transporting of phones and telecom devices from the head office in Lagos to
distribution center in Mubi
* Processing and confirming of payment on web portal (BUSY) from customer and supplying them
with products
* Keeping of customers’ records, receipts, purchases and any necessary information about the
products.
