EHS Lead Consultant in D2R team, responsible for implementation of Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management and Global Label Management.
 

• Conducting Workshops and doing Fit Gap Analysis.
• Implementation of Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management and Global Label Management sub modules.
• Setting up of WWI server for GLM.
• Creation of 28 WWI GLM Label Templates using INCLUDE functionality.
• Creation of Custom DG/GLM reports in Fiori App.
• Creation of Interphase between S4 and GPS (Third Party System) for getting the DG/GHS data.
• Preparing the Functional specifications for Change Requests.
• End user training and preparation of training documents using SAP Enable Now.

EHS Domain Lead for CGI and offshore manager for I&P team at India. Facilitated and lead the transition of EHS process from Solvay IT Team to offshore Team at India. Responsible for coordination with client and the vendors for status updates and weekly interactions so that delivery is done seamlessly. Responsible for the planning, design, development, and delivery of change requests to be implemented. The support was provided for all the classical EHS modules. I was also involved in the roll out of EHSM – Incident Management and Risk assessment for different sites of Europe and America.
 

• Offshore Manager for Industry & Planning (I&P), lead and successfully completed the transition of EHS process to offshore from France (Lyon).
• Leading a team of 5 members from Bangalore and Hyderabad.
• Setting up the L2 & L3 support team in offshore.
• Working on Product Safety and MSDS shipment.
• Roll out of EHSM module– Incident Management & Risk Assessment for different sites of Europe and America.           
• Solving issues related to Dangerous Goods Management, Global Label Management, WWI Templates, Occupational Health, Substance Volume Tracking and Waste Management.
• Preparing the Functional specifications for Change Requests.
• End user training and preparation of training documents.

• Tools used – Freshdesk, SolMan and JIRA.

Module Lead for EHS and was responsible for Requirement gathering and doing Fit Gap analysis, workload estimation, preparation of the Business Blueprint document. Implemented Hazardous substance management, Industry Hygiene & Safety, Occupational Health, Waste Management and Audit Management.
 

• Responsible for finalizing and providing solution to the Gaps.
• Configuration and developments as per client requirement in SAP system.
