Billing Optimization: Trimble provides services to its customers through various service providers like AT&T,
Singular etc. These service providers charge Trimble in a concept called Pool. So if the data usage in a Pool is less
than the allocated Pool, Trimble pays same amount to Service Providers and same amount to its customers.
However, if Pool usage is greater than the allocated usage, Trimble pays more to service providers and charges
less to its customers. Hence to avoid this, each month based on the usage, Trimble wanted to shift some
customers from high usage pool to low usage pool thus avoiding billing loss in next month.
