- Monitoring of new parts, from development to SOP
- Monitoring, evaluation and support of suppliers and
tool and the producer
- Control and coordination of schedules
- Test, evaluation and documentation of tool designs
- Technical and time-related follow-ups of special machines, tools / tool making, devices and callipers
- Monitoring of the release process for first samples
- Bottleneck management & troubleshooting of critical components for suppliers and tool and the producer
- Provision of parts during the design and prototype phase as
well as subsequent smooth line supply for serial production
- Production plan approval process (PPAP)
- Provision of support during the start of serial production (launch phase)

Quality management:
- Quality related applications according to ISO 9000, ISO/TS 16949, VDA 6._,QS 9000 standards
- Advanced Product Quality Planning
- Moderation of failure mode effect analyses (system, design, process)
- Quality System Assessments, Process Control Plan Audits
- Organisation of quality workshops (DDW, problem analysis)
- Processability verification of the serial production (CPk>1,67)
- Assurance of the production start-up
- Delivery quality review at the supplier‘s side to assure the serial production

Training:
APQP – Advanced Product Quality Planing
- FMEA - (product, design, process) Failure Mode Effect Analysis
- PPAP - (Production Part Approval Process)
- Run & Rate (process stability)
- QSB - Quality systems Basic

Logistics:
- Implementation of manufacturer-specific logistics systems & materials management
- Procurement, disposition and follow- ups of test and prototype parts, materials and components
- Production part procurement incl. critical parts management
