Philips is a leading health technology company that is heavily investing in process mining at the enterprise level. Since the start of the program, I have led the continuous improvement initiative to guide and support the maturation of the process mining capability within Philips. This includes topics such as project lifecycle modeling, integration into the global IT landscape, portfolio and roadmap management, and project and resource planning. My responsibilities span from training to the development of process mining dashboarding and process analysis. Additionally, my team supports the global markets and business process owners with value cases across processes including order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, lead-to-order, audit, and across different systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
