Sub-project manager for the coordination of removals from a customer's data centre without any influence on the operated applications. Here, the entire network components for the WAN and LAN connection were migrated and made available in the new data centre. The reason for the moves was the closing of the data centre. The job also included the clearing of the client's entire assets and the adjustment of the asset management as well as the professional scrapping of the amortised hardware. Furthermore, the project also included the dissolution of the customer's warehouse.
Responsible project manager for the implementation of the so-called BGV A3 test (fault current protection test of the professional cooperatives) in two data centres of the customer during operation. Affected are about 1500 assets per data centre. The project was carried out with the service provider for power management. The focus was on the planning and coordination with the application managers of the products operated in the data centres as well as the control of the service provider.

As a sub-project manager, I was responsible for the personnel and budget responsibility for the three listed sub-projects.
The project includes about 2000 clients in 60 sites and the company headquarters as well as 70 servers. In the project, the software used was determined, standardised (reduced from 500 applications to approximately 150), packaged, converted into a role concept and made available to the users. The rollout was realised throughout three months in ongoing logistics operations.
