Job Description:
- responsible for the technology strategy, the development and the operation of the „Rent-a-Car“ and „Share-a-Car“ systems
- responsible for the modernization of the monolithic system and the transition to the cloud during operating the systems
- people responsibility for more than 80 internal employess and 40 external experts in nearshoring and offshoring
- leading and coaching of engineers and managers; organisational development over 5 product areas and 16 teams
- Selection and stearing of external contractors in classic and agile contract model
- budget responsibility of 15 million €
- stakeholder management on different levels including board level

- increase and ensure system availability of the core systems to 99,999% by education of the employees, fostering cross-departmental collaboration and changes to the architecture and monitoring
- creation of a company strategy for setting up and operate application in the cloud
