SAP Logistic (PP, SD, ...) and Product Costing (CO-PC) Consultant

- MINERSA – Bilbao (August 2013 – November 2013). Group of companies that produce industrial minerals, chemical products, construction products, natural absorbents and bleaching clays. Integration Test for all implemented modules and Product Costing (CO-PC) desing collaboration.

- KSB ITUR – Zarautz (June 2013 – July 2013). Pumps, Pumping systems and Equipment. Go-live and support in Product Costing (CO-PC), Production Planning (PP) and Sales Distribution (SD).

- CEMEX – Madrid (March 2013 – May 2013). Production and Distribution of Cement, Concrete and Aggregates. Roll-out in Maintenance (PM) in several countries (Israel, Latvia,…).

- ITP – Zamudio (February 2010 – February 2013). Engineering, Research and Development, Manufacture and Assembly of Aeronautical Engines and Gas Turbines. Creation of new reports for Industrial Management in the Production (PP), Cost (CO-PC) and Purchasing (MM) areas, working with SAP R/3, Business Objects (Crystal Reports) and CAPTOR. Interface Ftktool-SAP R/3 with IDOCs. Upgrade in PP area version 6.0 to 6.0 Enhancement Package 5. Knowledge Management. Plan Period End Closing. CO and PP support.

- GAMESA – Pamplona (February 2007 – December 2009). International Company of wind energy industry that manufactures Wind Turbine Generators and gives maintenance service for them. MRP implementation for Service Department, development of new reports for the logistic area (particularly Production) and different improvements (delivery note unification,...). Participation in Business Wharehouse (BW) and Product Costing (CO-PC) (new Standard and Material Ledger valuation), Reports comparing Purchasing Prices and Logistic Information System (LIS).

- FAGOR Corporación MCC – Mondragón and Usurbil (September 2006 – December 2006). Electric Engines for CNC machines. Implementation of the Production Planning (PP).

- BEISSIER S.A. – Rentería (March 2006 – September 2006). Company that manufactures paints, pastes and different chemical compounds. Implementation of the Production Planning (PP) and Product Costing (CO-PC).

- EGOKI S.A. - Irún (March 2006 – September 2007). Manufactures handles for furniture sector. Updating in the system for a new Logistic Unit. Coordination of requirements between employers and External Consultants (SD, FI, CO, MM,...). Maintenance (PM) implementation design.

- INNOGES (November 2005 – February 2006)
Innoges is a SAP SSP Partner located in San Sebastian (Spain). The company is full dedicated to SAP Implementation and Maintenance service.

- BEISSIER S.A. – Rentería (January 2006 – February 2006). Production Planning (PP) implementation.

- EGOKI S.A. (DEPROZAK S.L.) - Irún (November 2005 – February 2006). I developed new functional points in Production Planning (PP) area ( MRP, Reorder Point, Capacity Planing,,...).

- TARKETT S.A. (SOMMER Group) - Pamplona (November 2005 - January 2006). Manufacturing and Distribution of fitted carpets. Collaborated on the SD implementation and on the division of a Sommer company in two Limited Companies.

- IBERMATICA (February 1999 – November 2005)
Located in San Sebastian (Spain). I have taken part in the following projects:

- BASQUE GOVERNMENT - Vitoria (April 2004 - October 2005). The Finance Department of the Basque Country Government need to manage information sited in long Text fields in order to find specific data in a quicker way. It is decided to take this information from Fixed Assets to the Real Estate (FI-RE) fields. I worked in the design of the new application that contains the fields and in the maintenance of the system, giving support to users and developing new reports.

- PANASA - Pamplona (June 2005). This company produces bread and roll (bakery) and distributes their products every day to their sale shops. I gave a Production Planing (PP) course to the system administrators who were going to maintain and develop the system.

- HABITAT – Barcelona (March 2005). It is a group of construction companies. I worked supporting Real Estate (FI-RE).

- IBERMATICA - San Sebastian (September 2003 - March 2004). Company of Services and Telecommunications. Two projects:
1) Upgrade from 3.1 to 4.7 version in the Financial Department (FI). I checked workbench, customizing and taught users new functionalities.
2) Migration of inventory elements (Hardware, Software,…) from an own application to Fixed Assets (FI-AA) in SAP. I customized SAP, realized Batch-Input programms and finally I carried out the migration.

- BASQUE GOVERNMENT - Vitoria (April 2003 - August 2003). Upgrade from 3.1 to 4.6 C version in the Finance Department of the Basque Country. I worked checking workbench, customizing,…, and teaching users in new functionalities.

- GSB-GRUPO SIDERÚRGICO VASCO - Azkoitia (September 2002 – December 2002). This company produces iron and steel materials. I participated in the Upgrade from 3.1 to 4.6 C version, working in MM, SD, PP and CO-PC modules.

- CONSULTING XXI - Derio (May 2002). This company gives Post-Graduation Courses. I taught basic knowledges of SD and PP modules.

- SAMCA (NUREL y BRILÉN) - Zaragoza y Barbastro (June 2001– October 2001). This Chemistry Company produces plastic products (bottles, …). I worked supporting in PP and CO-PC modules in order to solve some specific problems.

- BILORE - Zaldibia (June 2001). This company manufactures liquid and solid detergent. I taught users in PP, SD and CO-PC.

- HIJOS DE JUAN DE GARAY - Oñate (June 2000 - October 2005). This factory manufactures brass, steel pipes and steel automotive components. I worked implementing PP, CO-PC and QM. Actually I work supporting users in MM, SD, PP and QM modules and developing new functionalities in the system and creating new reports

- CONSERVAS GARAVILLA - Bermeo (October 1999 - March 2000). This company manufactures canned fish goods. I worked in the previous functional analysis in order to implement PP.
