More than 30 years of experience in chemical and petrochemical companies and major oil companies. I have over 20 years implementing ERP software packages and carrying out complex business process reengineering projects.
Along my career as logistics consultant I had performed at all levels, from senior consultant, team leader, project manager up to general coordinator.
I had led and participated in implementation projects in Chile, Argentina, Peru, Spain, Portugal and Sweden. My exposure to international projects in different locations had provided me with real life skills to lead and integrate multicultural teams.
I had designed and delivered tailor made training programs blending SAP best practices with the specific challenges faced by the customer companies, contributing to the behavioural change needed in key users following a new implementation.
