I have worked as leading designer and a team lead in several SAP BI implementation projects, also I have lead the team onsite and offshore when planning the deliverables and the work load, updating the status to the project managers, I have been designing new and changed BW model: business requirements analysis, documenting of the new and changed models, implementation of the models in the BW system, testing through the multiple test cycles in various environments (development, testing, pre-production and production systems), planning and performing the deployments and communication to the business users and the stakeholders.
Project history
Delivered multiple units of data assets, reusable in multiple other scenarios using SAP BW on Hana, using SQL AMDP routines, SAP BW flow artefacts
In 4 months since the beginning of the project became a central point of contact for reporting of most of the solutions that are built in SAP BW: based from SAP CRM (sales module, master data, interactions), SAP S4/Hana (financial, logistics modules), other connected applications (MS SQL based databases, Oracle based databases, flat files, external systems, connected through BODS) that are used in various company processes and reporting
Became a Subject Matter Expert of major reporting deliverables, that are integrating multiple systems in SAP BW
Took a stand-in role for Solution Architect for BI in data engineering area in the company, until the permanent architect was hired (5 months of the project)
Started as a single developer in company to develop and build DataLake related reports for business in 14 countries
Delivered fully live proof of concept to very challenging business recipient in 2 months
Extended the team to 5 FTEs in 6 months and became a delivery manager for the team and other umbrella tems
Delivered 5 data integration designs for DataLake sourced dashboards
Delivered a major change request design and implementation – changing the business logic in the report for cards usage metrics evaluating performance of customers
Became a test coordinator and testing lead in a Management Information team and successfully and on time closed two test cycles in 6 months across 3 countries
Designed and implemented the change in Purchasing reporting set in SAP BW system
Defined business requirement with key users and translated them into technical specifications
Delivered a plan for the change implementation
