Client Description: The client is one of the world's largest manufacturers and distributors of
tissue, pulp, paper, toilet and paper towel dispensers, packaging, building products and related
chemicals.
Role: OTC Process Lead (August 2018 - November 2019)
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Process Design & Blueprinting: Led requirement gathering and solution design
workshops. Prepared to-be solution design blue print and performed gap analysis to list out
necessary solution enhancements using custom components.
* Business Process Prototyping: Built prototypes to provide a basis for visualizing the new
process environment and to facilitate decision making for what would ultimately be implemented
during the development of the ERP system.
* Enterprise Information Management: Designed a data quality, governance, cleansing and migration
process for the transformation of data including over 2,80,000 SKU's and over 90,000 customers.
* Enterprise Wide Deployment: Helped the client build, test and deploy the optimized processes to
over 200 locations & nearly 35,000 employees.
Achievements:
* Integrated Planning & Optimization Tool with SAP in order to cut down the increasing
distribution cost and reduce the planning time for about 27,000 truckload shipments per month to
its customers
* Client now has a simplified ERP system with drastically less customization allowing for speedy
upgrades and innovation

* Client interfacing and solution delivery ownership in case of any new requirement

I have started my professional journey with Accenture as an Associate Software Analyst with the goal of learning about contemporary technologies and customer interactions. As a team member, I handled change management & incident management process post IT transformation for Telia while gaining leadership experience as a Logistics development coordinator. To further grow my leadership skills and business understanding, I decided to gain experience of working on the full implementation life cycle. This led me to join TCS in 2016 where I led a team of 5 to do a successful SAP rollout to all Asia locations of an automobile giant while working directly with the client leadership. As a Senior SAP Consultant with Deloitte US India Consulting, I am now leading sales function in business transformation projects across multiple industries such as Pharma, Life sciences & CPG in addition to working on key proposal pursuits that have expanded my business horizons.
