Multinational Pharma Company (Generics; Controlled drugs) - Client of Corvus Global Solutions
* Act as project delivery lead and be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution, and delivery of
sub project(s). Translate the sub-project/workstreams sub objectives into a meaningful implementation plan, taking
all aspects of the company direction.
* Run project preparation activities mobilizing local project teams, analyzing project scope, key requirements,
project risks and delivering detailed planning. Developing and implementing innovative approaches for project
management, to enhance professionalism in project preparation, planning and execution within our organization.
* Act as project point of contact for local BusOps management, and workstreams, ensure clear and impactful
communication with multiple levels of stakeholders and support associated change management efforts in in the
countries.
* Manage project execution by leading end to end transition and stabilization activities in the countries and utilize
project governance effectively to resolve any project challenges and escalations including management of external
supplier(s).
* Support strategic engagements with external supplier(s) to ensure establishment of long-term partnerships. Keep
supplier accountable and monitor execution of agreed scope of work and high standards of quality. * Assess project
challenges and opportunities and develop solutions to meet the transformation projects objectives and targets.
* Drive implementation of best practices and efficient ways of working within project
* Gather business transformational needs (SAP implementations, optimization efforts, etc.), and support
implementation in close collaboration with the Director of Enterprise Applications, business process managers and
business process leads;
* Project management of related matters in the areas of: sales, customer service, supply chain and invoicing; Offer
improvements and provide support necessary to enable and optimize process standardization. * Managing daily
results (documentation, configuration, testing, training, etc.) and guiding business counterparts through process reengineering
activities;
* Support a change management and training program to ensure application solutions are adopted and adhered to
after implementation; Train business process managers and end users in SAP-related changes. * Building effective
relationships between sales, customer service and supply chain with business process managers end users to deliver
value-added improvements;
* Lead cross-functional, cross-site, and cross-company teams to meet requirements on-time and within budget. *
Facilitate projects from initiation (including handoff from the Commercial/Sales team), through development, and
through Release to Production
* Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate
various managers and technical personnel during all project phases
* Maintain risk assessments and mitigation plans on development programs. Escalate resource constraints impacting
commitments
* Work closely with Product Management and other functions to manage scope and change requests * Build strong
working relationships with key business stakeholders - demonstrate effective stakeholder management and
expectations setting
* Report project progress regularly to key stakeholders (customers, suppliers, management, team members, etc.)
including key milestones, status, top risks and mitigation plans, next steps, and help needed - on a regular cadence.
