Description
We wish to develop a customer experience platform using Meteor , React js, and React Native for the following industries:- Retail & Distribution
- Hospitality
- Restaurants
Development will not be from scratch, we must utilize and leverage application templates, open source, integrations,...
and then integrate these platforms and services into a unique Front End
The purpose of the platform is to empower businesses to engage with their customers whether in-store or online:
- Collect Customer Information
- Collect customer recurrency, and purchasing behaviour and time value
- engage customers into an automated marketing campaigns based on above (push notifications, SMS, email,....)
- respond to customer reviews, comments, complaints,...
The methods for collecting customer information will be :
- mobile apps
- Social Wifi
- proximity technologies such as (iBeacons, Google nearby, WiFi Aware,...)
- Self Registration
- Website visits
- POS integrations
The System will collect the customer info into a CRM technology (integration) , and facilitate designing of automated marketing campaign through integration with (ex Mautic)

This will be a startup project in which we shall start with an MVP and then incrementally enhance, the starting point will be designing the proper front end.
