The PGM resource must have expertise of delivering Avaya Contact Centre $+ transformation programs, service delivery, stakeholder management, time frame management. Delivery of Avaya Contact Centre.
Must have experience with large installs, 32,000 plus multi locations, must have knowledge of call centers and can traverse across different practices within and out side of client.
