Tech Writer - Service Desk Support - wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Ability to create, assimilate, and convey technical material in a concise and effective manner
  • Proficiency in technical documentation
  • Reliable, trustworthy and detail oriented personality with solid communication skills accompanied by the ability to communicate to colleagues at all organisational levels
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Developing 1st Line Service Desk handbook to support business users
  • Writing and updating instructions for over 40 applications
  • Organising and writing documents as well as analysing documents to maintain continuity of style of content


Start: ASAP
