Description
We are looking for L1 Desktop Support Engineer (m/f) for our client in Germany.L1 Desktop Support Engineer (m/f)
• Deskside support;
• Installations, Moves, Additions, Changes (IMAC) activities;
• Refresh support for supported end users’ devices;
• Disposals (only a single device wipe is in scope, physical disposals are out of scope);
• Hands & eyes support (working under clear instructions from resolver teams (network, server support teams)).
• If local spare stock of devices will be needed it will be kept in key sites with dedicated engineers. Spare devices are owned by Customer.
• Very good communication in German & English languages.
Start : ASAP
Duration:1year (fixed term contract)
Work Location : (Aachen, Eschweiler, Mallersdorf, Nuremberg, Regensburg, Berlin, Erfurt, Halle, Leipzig, Greifswald, Hannover, Burghausen, Stuttgart, Bochum, Leverkusen, Dreieich) For each location, one Engineer would be needed.
