Project Details: My NHS client has an urgent requirement for a General Manager for Urgent care, who has experience of operating within A&E and Emergency Care. This is an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to develop their experience further in a large Acute.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible to the Divisional Director and you will lead and manage the clinical and administrative staff. You will be responsible for the operational management of the division, ensuring that the same high level of quality care is delivered to the patients.
You will also be responsible for the delivery of CIPs, to ensure the division is running efficiently and effectively, whilst achieving financial savings, as well as developing the workforce, ensuring that adequate levels of staff are in place to deal with any situation.
To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
- Previous General Management experience, specifically focused around Urgent Care
- A proven track record in leadership and delivering sustainable change where required.
- Evidence of communicating and influencing clinical and non-clinical staff members.
- A comprehensive understanding of the NHS and social care system.
