My client, a globally recognised, leading Financial Services organisation has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join on a contract basis

6 month contact initially with genuine scope for renewal. Competitive day rate available.

Core Duties:

  • Strong Financial Services/Banking experience
  • Must be used to working with technical delivery within a PM role
  • Managing a team of analysts
  • Need to have experience dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Need to be proactive and comfortable to challenge and manage situations
  • Strong managerial experience
  • Will be working within a change environment so must have previous experience
  • Mortgage experience within technical delivery would be ideal
  • This role will be focused on managing individuals so this is extremely important
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong experience of engaging and building relationships with technology workstreams.
  • Must be a team player and adaptable as there will be challenging delivery timescales and close involvement with the testing and implementation teams will also feature
  • Exposure to business operating model - (Project delivery/change)
