Position Description:
NBAD Product Operations team member.
Will Assist with tasks related to NBA LEAGUE PASS products.
These tasks include, but are not limited to: -
gathering Marketing assets for upload -
preparing single-game sales SKUs for upload -
assistance with NBA LEAGUE PASS Customer Service reporting -
tracking of NBA LEAGUE PASS issues by platform
Qualifications:
Customer Service experience preferred.
Report generating experience preferred.
College degree preferred.
