I am looking to hire a Finance Director for one of my public sector client.

Please see the below job specification:

Essential Experience:

ACA, CIMA, ACCA or CIPFA qualified.
Significant experience of managing a finance function in a large-med organisation, preferably public sector. The team here is 15 people.
Develop and implement financial policy.
Knowledge of current financial reporting requirements, including the charity SORP and Government accounting.
Experience providing procurement advice.
Have a good understanding of the Art's Council's duty as a public body. - connection between them and the Government. They can read through the Annual Report online
