Are you looking for your next project ?My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Leigh closing down and finalizing the AMP5 Project they have up there.
The project is currently in its final M&E stages so your main duties will be assisting with the end of the project then the closing down of the contracts.
I have recently been and met the client who expressed an urgent need to get contract staff in to help until the contract ends in 7 - 8 months time.
The role will be based on site and they are looking to get someone started in the next few weeks.
The rate is going to be around the £300 a day mark but will be based off experience and what you can bring to the role.
They are looking for someone who:
- Has ability to lead a team
- Has experience in water
- Has dealt with the following NEC3, JCT and FIDIC Contract knowledge
- Can deal with sub-contractors on a daily basis
They are looking to get people in for interviews either this week or next and you will be interviewing with the Commercial Manager If you are successful.
