Senior Buyer/Quantity Surveyor - Building subcontract procurement.
Tangent are urgently looking for a Senior Buyer/Quantity Surveyor who is experienced with Building subcontract procurement for a 3 month contract to be based in south London.
Essential Criteria
Procurement of architectural subcontract work packages
Collation and issue of Invitation to tender documents
Analysis of tenders
Preparation of award recommendations
Preparation of subcontract documents
Knowledge of NEC3 suite of contracts
Ability to draft subcontract documentation
RICS or CIPS Qualification
