Claims Management Company Relationship Manager - Banking
Based in Manchester (city centre) a Claims Management Company Relationship Manager is required on a contract basis to work on a major banking change programme.
You will be responsible for setting up the processes for managing the key Claims Management Companies that send in PPI and packaged bank account complaints.
You will be required to ensure these companies comply with agreed obligations and that efficient processes are in place to work with them.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong experience of managing relationships with claims management companies for a major banking/FS client.
