Regional Operations ManagerWe are currently recruiting for our client, Telecommunication & Power Company, for a Regional Operations Manager ?to join their project in Beirut, Lebanon.
Position Title: Regional Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Mastering and ensuring seamless implementation of the corporate project management policy
- Ensuring proper implementation of quality assurance system including ISO certification
- Lead a designated business activity and ensure best practice sharing
- Follow up with OMs projects’ timelines as scheduled
- Proactively manage interventions when needed with any changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans
- Ensure projects delivery within the conditions and Quality control / monitoring across all projects
- Direct contract development from beginning to end and define project success criteria
- Highlight the risk areas in the agreement
- Identify technical trainings and required on-job technical coaching for staff across all projects
- Manage projects & services resources mobility within the group
- Build Customer Relationship and maintain it
- Ensure timely visits and follow ups with customers
- Review with OMs progress and confirm the compliance of the budgets versus the initial costing
- Constant cost improvement (new suppliers, best practices, optimization of resources, etc…)
- Continuously improve reporting systems
- Deliver timely project consolidated progress reports, financial & cost reports and quality Reports
Skills:
- Good customer interphase and understanding of project budgets and financials as to control the reports of the designated countries
- Good technical background in order to understand the operation
- Experience in the field of infrastructure and from a Power aspect
