Description
My client is currently seeking an experienced freelance construction manager for new build work in Glasgow. The client is a well established globally within property and infrastructure. The role is offered on a long term contract basis, initially for 6 months with possibility of a further 12 months.
The work is initial new build and requires someone with a background of working with concrete structures and a good knowledge of Civils. As the construction manager you will be reporting to a senior construction manager, so the role could be ideal for someone with 4+ years experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience with concrete structures and new builds
- Eligible to work in the UK with all health and safety certificates
- Experience and knowledge of civils works
- Degree level qualified is beneficial but not essential
- Available by January
- Strong communication skills and proven track record of successful projects
