Urgent Care Manager

Location: East Midlands

Rate: £450 - £550 p/d

Contract Length: 6 Months

Start Date: ASAP

Project Details: One of my NHS clients based in the East Midlands, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Urgent Care or Emergency General Manager, to manage the day to day operations of the Urgent Care Division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the service, ensuring that key targets are consistently achieved, whilst ensuring a high level of quality care is delivered to the patients. You will also be required to part take in CIP meetings, addressing areas within the department where savings can be made.

You will provide guidance and leadership to individual service managers and clinical staff whilst liaising with both the divisional director and transformation team, ensuring that the strategy for the division is achieved.

To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
  • 2 years senior management experience within the NHS.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding government departmental targets.
  • The ability to communicate with clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Experience of working within at least one of the urgent care services.
  • Proven track record of implementing and delivering CIPs.
