Financial Promotions Compliance - Warwick/Home-Based
Robert Walters is engaged with a Warwickshire based client who is one of the UK's leading Financial Services Organisations to recruit a Compliance & Risk Specialist Financial Promotions Specialist to advise their compliance marketing department on a contract basis. You will be required to be based on-site with the client for half of the week with some flexibility of home-working.
The Financial Promotions Specialist will provide advice and information on the impact of regulatory and industry rules, codes and guidance and ensure the compliance of all customer-facing material. You will advise on all regulatory and industry rules, codes and guidance to ensure their impact on financial products, check and approve all financial promotions and identify, mitigate and manage risk.
You will have experience of working within financial promotions previously and have knowledge of or experience within compliance within a financial/regulatory (or similar) organisations, knowledge of interpreting and communicating the rules and principles of regulatory and industry codes. Risk identification, communicating regulatory information to stakeholders. Knowledge of Financial Planning (preferred).
