Interim Si manager required for a surrey based NHS Trust for a period of 3 months. My client has approached me to assist them in sourcing an interim Si manager whilst they recruit substantively to the post.To be considered for this post you need the following experience:
- Worked on si leads
- Supported leads on documentations
- Developed RCA`s
-Reviewed reports and send to Si review team.
-Conducted Si`s them self.
Clinical background is a favourite.
